Myretail powers our on-line shopping cart product.

Delivery
The Myretail product is an online shopping cart and is delivered via email in the form of links to your personalised product. All data is held on our secure servers and is fully accessible by our customers. If for any reason we are unable to supply your shopping cart, we will contact you within 24 hours and offer you the choice of either canceling your order and receiving a refund, or the option for us to solve the problem and deliver a suitable product, within your given time frame.

Privacy Policy
Myretail is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify and process your orders only.

Myretail uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to sell items through your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Myretail only last while you are browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Security Policy
When selling through Myretail your financial details are passed through our secure server (directone.com.au) using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm, which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

Pricing Policy
Myretail pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices in the online shopping cart field. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000. Our set-up and hosting costs are advertised as free. To make this simple all these costs are bundled into one monthly cost of $55 Inc GST. All monthly payments are strictly by Credit Card only. Where circumstances change, we will allow our customers to purchase 12 months of payments in advance for a 10% discount. Were payment is not received your online shopping cart will be disabled for a period of ONE MONTH (1 MONTH) then all the data will be removed from the server. Under special circumstances we can store your data for a longer period of time for a payment to be discussed at that time.
The Free Shopping Cart Product is Free to use but a Transaction Free of $2.50 is taken when orders are processed. The Fee can change at our digression. If Fees are to change customers will be notified in writing and given 30 days notice before changes take effect.
If you find a cheaper advertised price for the same product somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price. Myretail can also provide custom programming for your site.

Exporting
The Myretail Online Shopping Cart Product does not include shipping Over Seas, eg: will not remove GST or incorporate Currency changes.

Refunds Policy
This is simple. We offer our clients 30 days free to set-up and learn about their new shopping cart. In this time we expect you to call us for any guidance in setting up your Online Experience as well as read through our Help Documentation / Video Tutorial provided. After this 30 day trial you are expected to have provided a payment method and will be charged the monthly fee stated in the pricing schedule. After this period if you are not happy with this product you will only be charged for the month you are currently in and the system will be disabled from then after. NO refund will be provided for any current / previous month or pro rata.

Our Rights
We have the Right to refuse any of our products to anyone if we feel they have breached our terms and conditions. We also have the Right to terminate anyones product if they dont adhere to our policies or go outside out guidelines for a safe and proper shopping environment.
