Is Hosting Included with my monthly / yearly licence fee?
If you are using the Free Shopping Cart, there are no Hosting or Licencing fees. If you are using the Licenced Version of Myretail then, Yes Hosting is Inclusive of your monthly / yearly fee. If you require additional programming or add on's then additional hosting may be required.

Do you have a shipping method in Myretail?

Shipping can be done in two ways at the moment:

• The first shipping method is a standard shipping cost. This is a cost you setup in the system and when you add items to your invoice the shipping is already added to this invoice. This is simple if you only have one shipping cost for all goods that go out.
• The second is based on post code. You set your Lowest Postcode and Highest Postcode, if the postcode of the customer purchasing from you has a postcode inside this range they pay the Low Shipping Cost, if it exceeds these parameters they will pay the Higher Shipping Cost.

No, we do all the hard stuff, you just need to sit back and relax as our little computer bots do all the work, it only takes a few seconds and your new system will be up and running.

Yes, Myretail has been tested on many different browsers and we have not found any compatibility issues to date. We also give every user one month free to trial the product to make sure it's exactly what you are looking for in a product. .

Yes, we have an SSL Cert that will give you 128bit encryption through out your whole myretail experience.

Can my Customers use Credit Cards with Myretail?
Yes. The system relies on Credit Card payment Only for the Free Shopping Cart product.

How Long does it normally take to setup Myretail?
Myretail can be setup about as fast as it takes you to fill in the Online Form. Your welcome email will come to you as soon as you register. This will get you started in seconds.
